Step 1: Registration Step

Potential partners (doctors, clinics, wellness centers, tour operators) fill out the brief interest form on partnership landing page. you also get an  email thanking you for your interest and providing a link to the detailed partnership form.

Step 2: Verification

Partners are required to complete and submit a detailed form, providing in-depth information about their services, qualifications, and certifications. After submission, our team will conduct a verification process to confirm the partner’s credentials, ensure quality standards, and check alignment with our platform values. If the partner meets our criteria, we will send an email with the partnership agreement attached, requesting them to review, sign, and return it.

Step 3: Welcome to the Platform, Add your services

Once we receive the signed contract from our partner, we will send a welcome email that includes your account login details (username, temporary password, and login link). This email will also provide links to training sessions and onboarding resources, allowing partners to access materials and tutorials on how to navigate the platform, add and manage their packages and services, and utilize features to optimize their offerings. Partners can then begin uploading their packages and services and start engaging with the platform.

Step 4: Get bookings

Once partners are approved, their services and packages will be listed on our platform, ready to connect with customers. The more they engage and support prospects, the better their chances of converting them into customers. When customers choose your offerings, whether it’s a travel package or a medical or wellness retreat, they will book your services directly. Our team is here to provide continuous support, answer queries, and send updates or newsletters to help you generate more leads and customers through our platform.

Step 5: Post departure, Collect Reviews

After the departure, we encourage you to collect reviews from your customers about your services. Their feedback will be published on your profile and used to rate your offerings. The more positive reviews you receive, the higher the demand for your services. You can motivate customers to leave reviews by sharing links and materials we provide, which you can use on your social media or website to invite them to your profile.

How to Fill Partnership Form

Information on The Form

If you are the owner of a business, please ensure you add both your personal information and your business details, along with a contact person’s information for future correspondence and coordination. You may introduce yourself as the contact person as well. It’s essential to fill out this information accurately, as we will verify credentials, ensure quality standards, and check alignment with our platform values. You will need to provide basic information about your practice, including contact details, specialties, certifications, and accreditations. If you are a contact person for the business, please also include the business owner’s information. All documents and certifications must relate to the business or its owners, whether you are a doctor, clinic owner, tour operator, wellness center, or an employee.

Uploading Documents

To complete your registration as a partner, please provide the following:

  1. Personal Passport: As the business owner who will sign the contract, upload a clear image of your passport. Ensure that the passport displays your signature on the first page.

  2. Selfie Verification Photo: Take a clear selfie in a well-lit area, holding your passport next to your face. In the other hand or same hand, hold a piece of paper with the current date, your signature, and your email address for verification. Ensure both your face and the passport are fully visible before uploading the photo in the verification section on our website.

  3. Business Logo or Personal Profile Photo: If you have a business, please upload your business logo. If registering as an individual, provide a personal profile photo. Ensure the image is square (500×500 pixels), has a resolution of at least 300 pixels, and is less than 1 MB in size.

  4. Tour Operator Requirements: If you are a tour operator, please upload your tour photos. Each image should meet the same size and quality criteria as mentioned above.

  5. Medical Center or Doctor Requirements: Upload at least four before-and-after photos and two photos of your medical center.

  6. Wellness Center Requirements: Upload four photos of your wellness center and related activities.

  • Use bright, clear images with good resolution and high quality to positively impact customer selection.
  • Upload each document in the comprehensive partnership form in its specific section.

  4. File Format: Save the image as a JPEG, JPG, or HEIC file type.
