What is the likely group profile and how many people are in a group?

Bizkook Travel clients are from different ages and occupations and nationalities. Sometimes you find an age range from 20 to 80, with a reasonable mix of male and female travelers. Around half of our clients in a typical group will be solo travelers, with the others being couples or groups of friends.

About the number of participants in a group usually our standard is 4-8 people, but in some tours, it might be varied to the tour type and condition. However, the number of group size always mentioned in the tour information page.

Which tour is suitable for me? Are there any physical limitations?

Our tours are categorized by their physical activity in 12 levels and 4 color codes. All of Bizkook Travel holidays have a badge which shows, what kind of activity you would have during your trip, and its difficulty. You can read more about them in the link below and determine which tour is suitable for you, considering your body’s physical readiness.

I am 70. Can I still travel with Bizkook Travel?

In theory, the answer is yes you can. We have no upper age limit on any of our trips. You will need to ensure you have the appropriate fitness and any required skills detailed in the tour information page and its physical activity level.

Can I bring my 16-year-old child with me?

The answer is “No you can’t.” The minimum age on a regular Bizkook Travel (not a Family Adventure or a Private Group) is 18 at the time of travel and anyone under the age of 18 at the time of travel must be accompanied by an adult.

How can I get detailed information of my trip?

You can find all the detailed information about your trip, in the specified tour page, also you can ask our technical support team to send you more info and your tour catalog and always you can ask your question from them via email or other contact sources.

Our Booking Process

Pre-Booking

You contact us through emails, contact forms, social media, and phone. Our technical team helps you to choose the best holiday which is suitable for you.

Booking

You make your reservation through our online booking system, and your booking will confirm by our technical team as soon as possible within a workday. If there are questions or more information needed, our team will contact you, and sometimes for if you asked for visa service, you must apply online forms.

Your Holiday

You arrive in your destination, Depending on your tour type and services you will be welcome by our representative (or your guide) at the airport or your hotel. You will continue your journey with your guide to the end of your trip. You can always contact our support team during your tour in case of emergencies and so, on.

Post departure

As it is so important for us to have your feedback, after your departure, our CRM will ask you to fill out our review survey forms, which will help us to improve our services.
